Iraq
Iraq is a country in the west of Asia and lies on the north of the Persian Peninsula.
Although the war was declared officially over in December 2017 it is still an extremely dangerous country to travel around. Travelling here is highly discouraged and dangerous.
Many foreigners are still in danger of being killed, kidnapped or murdered. The visas for Iraq are not really being given out except in exceptional circumstances. If you are granted one then please contact the embassy as soon as you enter and as you leave.
