Guyana
Guyana is an English speaking country with much cultural influence from the Caribbean because of its colourful history.
The Capital, Georgetown has some beautiful colonial British Architecture including a beautiful church and a large clock on the Stabroek Market.
One of the main attractions to Guyana for many travelers is the amazing Kaieteur Falls that are set in the middle of nowhere and not spoiled by the tourism of it all yet. Kaieteur falls are the perfect natural falls.
With one of the last untouched pieces of the Amazon being in Guyana many people have take to short 3 and 4 day survival trips where you face fears and take yourself fully out of your comfort zone. Not an experience for the faint of heart.
