The Falklands are a British overseas territory with their own government. Britain only takes care of their defense and foreign affairs, however its sovereignty is a matter of debate between Argentina and Britain. 

The Falklands gains most of its economy from ships restocking as they come into visit and sheep farming for high quality wool but its biggest economy is from oil and tourism. 

 

The Falklands is a great wilderness  with amazing wildlife. Driving around the island in a 4 wheel drive will be the ultimate adventure and then jump on a small plane to visit the islands with all of the penguins on it.
